Here at CogWise we specialize in the development of web solutions. We take a holistic approach to development and we are considered by our clients as far more than just a web development company.

Will is both a seasoned programmer and entrepreneur. Will got his business license at the age of 17 and has been in the business of web development for over 13 years. He's self-taught, driven and strongly believes in the philosophy of empowering his customers with the tools and knowledge to succeed. He has worked for the federal government as a web application developer and in the private sector. He has worked on and built applications that handle millions of users and has worked for small businesses to establish and develop their presence on the Internet.
Will has been a programmer in PERL, PHP, ASP, Visual Basic, and finally Ruby on Rails. He loves to write code (primarily in Ruby on Rails) and enjoys science fiction - a true geek at heart.
Will has a 5 year old son whom he lives with in Nashville. He enjoys music, closely follows politics, writes poetry, is an avid fan of any thing sci-fi and loves to spend time with his family.
